MEET THE EXPERTS

Chretienne + Kat Yalung, Bahay Being

Chretienne and Kat Yalung, co-founders of Bahay Being, are Filipina Goddesses guiding soul led leaders home to their bodies and hearts. Bahay is home in Tagalog. Home is a grounded space within ourselves, a feeling of freedom, joy, and peace.

The Yalungs offer movement and ancestral healing experiences (1:1 and group) in their Goddess Nights Out, Pilates Play, Dance Pop Ups, and ancient Huna Energy Healing. “ envision a world where every BODY is seen, heard and celebrated!”

As two sisters in an immigrant family who grew up in Spokane, WA, they found ourselves in survival mode confronting shared challenges of belonging and unworthiness. They embarked on our own spiritual and professional journeys with paralleled life experiences across countries. Twelve years later, after finding success as executives in our own careers and managing teams of 40+ and regional wide communities, the Yalungs both came home to being IN their bodies with newfound levels of worth, wealth, and well-being . A well-being rooted in love physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. “We discovered a mutual calling and purpose to create transformative, culturally unique, safe spaces to grow, thrive and shine in any season of life and work!”

Dr. Katheryn Hudon, Pinnacle Wellness

A dedicated physician, medical educator, and keynote speaker, Dr. Hudon co-founded Pinnacle to reimagine the traditional medical model and to forge a deeper connection with patients—and with the practice of medicine.

As a board-certified physician and expert in her field, Dr. Hudon has spent years in health management and diagnosis, speaking at medical conferences around the country as well as providing conscientious care to her patients across Washington and Idaho. She attended college at Tulane University and Central Washington University, followed by medical school at Pacific Northwest University and training in Detroit, Michigan. She now serves as the Division Chief of Pediatrics and as associate professor at Pacific Northwest University.

Building Pinnacle has been a labor of love—“Medicine where everyone gets to be a person.” At Pinnacle, she has co-created a space where anyone can experience excellent healthcare from a compassionate, attentive physician who’s empowered to do their job unencumbered by the insurance system’s limitations. Dr. Hudon recharges her batteries with good food, long runs, ski days, and world travels shared with her husband and three small children.
